After graduating from CSU Fullerton with a Criminal Justice degree, John lost interest in the industry that he based his education upon. He started working for his father when he was 11, helping wherever possible. By the time he was 16 he was installing neon or processing it for his father. At 18, John was his father's top sales guy. By the time John was 22, he had his own company that is now known as NSI Products.

Speaking in terms of being President, John's primary responsibility is building the best team possible for NSI. He makes sure to give them the right tools, financial support and infrastructure so they can do what they do best. Speaking as a team member, John's primary responsibility is Sales. He makes sure that his sales team has an open channel to him and his sales agents. John's sales agent network drives the NSI Products business and John's team alongside himself make sure that they have everything they need to get the job done.

- The future for NSI will be our commitment to our belief - 'We are the best at what we do'. Our family will get bigger and so will our projects and maybe one day in the future, my son or daughter will come and help me wherever they can.
