Every RL Series system offers some unique advantages not found in other lighting products. The illumination from the lamp appears to come from a single, continuous lamp. Lamp ignition is instantaneous and flicker-free. Every RL Series lamp is dimmable and are compatible with a wide variety of commercially available lighting control systems.
Reflex lamp life potential is estimated to exceed 75,000 hours. The evacuation processing procedures assures the highest vacuum levels possible which directly predicts overall lamp life performance. NSI Products has lamps operating in excess of 15 years. Our personal experience assures life expectancy and performance.
A RL Series system allows you to install transformers or ballasts in remote locations. This allows for a virtually silent lighting system. Depending on the system type our power supplies can either operate one lamp (up to 8 feet long) in a parallel electrical wiring circuit, or multiple lamps in a series electrical wiring circuit.
While initial costs may sometimes be higher, RL Series lighting delivers substantial long-term savings when compared to other systems. It is energy efficient and can consume as little as 7.5 watts per foot. Our RL Series lamps not only decrease energy costs, but also lower lamp replacement and maintenance costs.
The installation of RL Series (Reflex Lighting) lamps can be achieved in three ways.
The first choice is to use our factory installation. Our in-house technicians have many years of experience installing our luminous tube lighting products in a variety of situations, like our cove lighting systems or above a black jack table in a busy casino. Our technicians take pride in fully complying with the industry testing standards of UL and the respective categories of UZBL, UL48 and IFAY.
The second choice is to use one of our certified installation service companies. These companies have been pre-selected from our many years of experience installing products around the country. They meet all the criteria necessary for a great installation and they comply with the industry testing standards of UL and the respective categories of UZBL and UL 48.
The third choice is to use your own electrical contractor. Many electrical contractors around the United States have experience with our products. With our thorough shop drawings, installation by a licensed electrical contractor can be a great choice. We suggest you have your electrical contractor contact NSI Products to become familiar with our products. We will be happy to send them an installation manual in advance, to help prepare the necessary tools and labor resources for a complete installation.
